Congratulations to Michael York on his recent visit to Harvard University.  Harvard is one of several schools that have expressed an interest in Michael playing College Football for their University.

Congratulations to Brittany Harwell for receiving a Full Scholarship to play Softball for Brevard Community College.

Thanks to all who helped in the Beautiful "Sunrise Service" we enjoyed on the Basketball court on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2010.  The Chair Team, The Sound Equipment Team, the Worship Team, and Everyone else who took part in making this event so special to many people.  How Great it was to tell the story of the Resurrection of Christ as the Sun broke over the horizon.  Pastor Powell shared a message on how to go from "Mourning to Morning!"

 

Thanks to Diana York and her team for a "Great Easter Egg Hunt" on Saturday, April 3, 2010.  We had about 150 people who attended and all had a Wonderful time!  There was a Moon Walk (Bouncy) for  the little ones and Free food for all.  The Puppets showed up and sang a couple of songs and we heard the Story of Easter.  Each child took home a "BIG" Bag of Candy!  Again, Thanks to all the team for a Great Saturday Activity for the Kids and Adults!

 

February 11 - 13, 2010.  Southeastern Regional MAPS/RV Convention.  It is our Privilege to annually host the Southeast Regional MAPS/RV Convention.  This convention brings in Volunteer Workers from all over the Southeast and some from other parts of the nation.  "Thanks" to all who Cooked, Cleaned, Setup, or worked in any other way in order to make this a wonderful gathering for the MAPS/RV Workers.

 

Halleuljah Fest 2009.  Thanks to all who helped with the Hallelujah Fest.  All had a "Great Time" of Food, Fun, and Games.
