RV Reservation Agreement

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests, Pleasant Grove Assembly of God requires each RV site registrant to carefully review and agree to the following campground policies and expectations. These guidelines are designed to protect our property, maintain a Christ-centered environment, and provide clear expectations regarding site use, guest conduct, personal responsibility, and campground accommodations. By submitting your reservation, you acknowledge your understanding of these policies and agree to comply with all terms and conditions during your stay.

 

  • Guests renting the RV site accepts full responsibility for the use and care of the site and agrees to be held liable for any maintenance or repair costs incurred by Pleasant Grove Assembly of God as a result of improper or negligent use.

  • Guests acknowledge that any non-prescription drug use, smoking, and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on the property. All conduct during your stay should reflect the “Holy” role we are called to by the Lord Jesus Christ, including appropriate choices regarding clothing, music, games, and overall behavior.

  • Use of the RV site is limited strictly to the dates and designated area approved in your reservation. Authorized guests may not use any other PGAG facilities unless those facilities were specifically requested and approved in advance as part of this agreement.

  • Pleasant Grove Assembly of God shall not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or theft of personal property affecting guests, visitors, or their belongings while using the RV site or surrounding grounds.

  • Guests agree to leave the RV site and surrounding outdoor grounds in a neat, clean, and orderly condition, maintaining the property as originally found. Unless otherwise arranged in advance, guests are responsible for providing their own paper products and laundry detergent when using washer and dryer facilities.

  • Small animals are permitted only with prior approval before arrival, and pet owners must provide proof of current vaccinations. Pet owners are fully responsible for cleaning up after their animals and disposing of waste properly. Animals are not permitted inside rental cottages, rental trailers, or any campground facility, with the exception of service animals.
